As an employer, how could I work with you?
The Partnership Management team aims to establish a long-term, trusting relationship with partners and employers so our clients will be able to benefit from a range of opportunities (such as work experiences, internships, vacancies, etc.) that will help them enter the labour market.

Where do you draw your clients from?
We recruit people from Job Centres, estates, social landlord housing, youth clubs and other community venues, to attend our 3-week workshop. We will then screen and match candidates who have successfully completed our training course to available opportunities to ensure there is a good fit.

Who are you funded by?

What areas do you cover?
We are a pan-London charity – we help unemployed people throughout London. We particularly target boroughs with higher indexes of poverty.

Is there any charge for your clients?
No, our services to unemployed clients are completely free.

How long is the registration process?
The registration process takes an average of 1.5 hours. We aim to get an overall knowledge of the persons needs to ensure we are able to support them as best we can.

What age group do you work with?
We have several educational programmes which are aimed at different age groups. We provide services for local children from the age of 8 to retired adults. We help London students prepare for their first work experience as well as adults struggling to find a job.

Do you offer clients job placements or volunteer opportunities?
We actively work with employers to secure opportunities for our clients. We cannot guarantee every client will get a placement, but we will support clients in their job search.
