Our Impact

Due to our reputation for consistent quality and effectiveness, we have designed and delivered employment related training programmes for third sector organisations in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. In 2009 we were commissioned to design a career planning and employability programme for the Scottish careers service, which was rolled-out across Scotland.

Ultimately, LEAP exists to help people and our services have positively impacted on the lives of around 20,000 people and we have helped 5,000 people into sustained employment.
