What is LEAP?
LEAP is a London-based, registered charity that has successfully filled vacancies for hundreds of employers. We provide a quality recruitment service, at no cost to you.

How does this work?
When there is, or about to be, a vacancy in your organisation, simply contact us with the details. On receipt of this information, LEAP will match the vacancy details to people who possess the required skills and experience. Interviews will then be arranged for those candidates who meet the job specification.

The candidates will be carefully screened and we will only send you those who have completed one of our innovative employability programmes, which focus on teaching them how to be a good employee in your company.

How will LEAP benefit my business?

  • Efficiency – You see only the most suitable candidates.
  • Flexibility – You choose the person that is best for your vacancy.

Our existing recruitment methods are fine – why should I bother with LEAP?
Because it is free and because it works. You can use LEAP as a supplement to your usual recruitment procedures, there is no obligation as to who to employ. The LEAP service is there – so what have you got to lose?

How long will it take to fill my vacancy?
LEAP constantly runs training programmes, which teach unemployed jobseekers essential employability skills, so for many vacancies there is a ready pool of potential employees. It varies, though, but we will let you know within a week whether we have any candidates.

Sounds great, but what about the cost?
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Our service is totally FREE, we are in existence to help businesses like yours, when you are ready to recruit.

Jobseekers

LEAP is London-based charity that has helped around over 4000 people into work. We offer our clients a proven and professional service that will significantly increase your chances of finding a suitable job.

If you are unemployed, live in London and you are having trouble getting the job you want, then come and see what we can do for you.

We will assess your needs and then enrol you on our unique three-week ‘essential skills’ workshop. It will help.

  • Boost your confidence
  • Learn to be more successful
  • Raise your self-esteem

We ask a lot of you, because we believe in you, but the process is very rewarding in a number of ways. Our proactive approach means that we often have many vacancies on our books that no other organisation has, which also improves your job prospects. We will then provide one-to-one support to help you get and keep that job.
